The new digital album "Via Mala - the Remixes" is out now, featuring nine beautiful revisits to the infamous Via Mala trail - giving a new dimension to the original Mathon soundscapes. Remixes by Mathias Grassow and Tomas Weiss, Emanuele Errante, Benfay, Fernando Lagreca, Pe Lang, Jap Jap, Gunter Adler, Alexandre Navarro, Strotter Inst.

This month we got two new releases for you: "Bolzplatz" from the turntablist Strotter Inst. is out now as a strictly limited edition 10" vinyl and download. Alphatronic's new and wonderful album "Sonic Landscapes" is out now and comes packaged in lovely artwork by H1reber at buro destruct. The digital release contains six bonus tracks!

This month the pianist Hildegard Kleeb releases her second album on Everestrecords. After the CD "am(vr)ee" - a collaboration with Pelayo Arrizabalaga - in 2007, Hildegard Kleeb now comes out with a solo album. "World News" is a selection of 25 compositions from the Swedish Composer Peter Hansen.

Via Mala is an infamous trail along the Hinterrhein in Graubünden. A canyon with cliffs carved by its torrents, falling threehundred meters into the depth. It seems as if the mountain is broken in two. Enormous floads of meltingwater, the consistent gnawing of the river created during centuries a natural spectacle of unique beauty.
With the electronic project Mathon, the musicians Thomas Augustiny, Pete Leuenberger and Roger Stucki, composed there during two recording-sessions the sounds inspired by this impressive landscape.

Copy & Paste, the wacky Electro-Trash-Pop duo from Bern, Switzerland,is putting out their second release on Everestrecords. «The Fabulous Dance Machine» transgresses musical boundaries with one goal: to get the audience moving! Since 2005, the bass player and electronic musician from Lucerne, Jesús «jet» Turiño, has been playing and recording with «The Fabulous Dance Machine» regularly in the Lucerne night club scene. This Album is a recording from a live session at the Jazz Festival Willisau 2007, featuring Bruno Amstad, Krankenzimmer204, Fredy Studer and Jet Turino.

Balancing amid experimental, mid-tempo, drones and idm, our Expedition_2 compilation unites acts from our current roster with future Everestrecords collaborators. The 15 track collection features a variety of contemporary electronic music and will be available at several online and retail outlets at end of this year.
Expedition_2 will be launched November 28th at Fri-son in Fribourg (CH).
The event will showcase short sets from [sic], Falls of Mute, Hopen, Jotta and Meienberg.
